How to return products?

If you like to return a product, please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number and indicate the reason for your return.  Our costumer team will send you further instructions if the return is approved.

Obviously all returns must be in original condition with the packaging intact.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the client.

What can I do if the product(s) I received is/are defective or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately if you received merchandise that is incorrect or defective.  Please include in the description what happened, your order number, pictures of the product(s) and all necessary references.  We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process?

Processing returns can take until 14 days from the day we receive your return. We will inform you by email once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.; this means by paypall, bank transfor or bitcoin.
